"La plataforma me cobro por adelantado el 100% cuando llegue el hotel, no tenía ni idea de esta reserva, me dijeron que era demasiado raro por que ellos no tenían inscrito el hotel en niguna plataforma y ni siquiera me ofrecieton alojamiento. Me toco volver a tomar otro transporte, conseguir hotel y hacer otro pago, como una hora despues, quizás mas me escribieron por que por arte de magia les apareció la reserva, pero yo ya habia realizado otros pagos.
