"We booked here because it was well rated. Sadly our experience was not. When we arrived, the door to the lobby was locked even though it was within the hours they stated they would be open. We called the number posted on the door and got a generic voicemail that never stated the name of the hotel or anything. We left a message and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Eventually, someone did appear, stating they weren’t aware the door was locked and didn’t know what was going on with the phones...

"I try to be not too critical of Super 8s, because you get what you pay for. However, the property is tucked in behind a Quality Inn and is cumbersome to access, with views of the Quality Inn just a few feet away. Okay. There is no elevator, and therefore, no luggage carts.
