It was clean but it felt antiquated and the beds were not very comfortable..although it was just three blocks from the beach it was close to the entrance of a favela. The pool was very small compared to the picture..and had a scrubby look...breakfast was good and the internet is very poor ...

About 10 minute walk to Copacabana Beach (Posto 3 the closest). Elevators very slow and a 5 person limit. Breakfast buffett ok. Wifi ok. Pool on the rooftop, also a small gym and a steam sauna. Easy to Uber to and from. Uber to/from GIG about 90 BRL Grocery and convenience stores everywhere around.

I wouldn't recommend this place.

Service wasn't that great. I wouldn't recommend staying here. There was black mold in our bathroom, the water seemed to cut off every once in a while, and they put us on the 14th floor. The elevator only goes to 13. We had to walk up stairs with all our bags. They didn't provide help.

This was my third stay here. I did not like the room they gave me. There were only four power outlets: One in the bathroom, one in the corridor close to the entrance, another reserved for the TV, and one reserved for the A/C. The A/C one was closest to the bed. If I wanted to charge my phone while in bed, I had to unplug the A/C, & sit/laydown on the edge of the bed. It was an uncomfortable experience. Luckily, I did not need to use the A/C during this stay. If I come back, I'll bring an extension cord. I also learned their guest policy has changed at the worst possible timing. Due to past drama, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms now.

Ciertos objetos del baño no estaban completamente limpios, por ejemplo: lugar en donde se coloca el papel higiénico, llave de agua del lavabo y ducha. Las camas no estaban en buen estado, pues sonaban como viejas. Otro detalle importante fue el excesivo sonido del aire acondicionado; por la época del viaje lo apagamos y no sentimos molestia, pero en verano debe ser muy molesto mantenerlo encendido debido al ruido que realizaba.

Descaso do hotel, não cumpri o prometido;

O Hotel informa ter estacionamento no local, por R$ 73,50 a diária; sendo este requisito a principal informação por ter escolhido este hotel. Chegando no local, feito chekin e pago o valor, o recepcionista, informou que o elevador estacionamento estava quebrado, e se eu quisesse poderia cancelar a estadia e ir para outro; apontou com o dedo um estacionamento a uns 150 metros do hotel e disse coloca lá, valor da diaria -R$ 132,00 e por 2 dias- 264,00; Prejuízo de R$ 117,00, a não se falara do transtorno de andar com bagagens pelo RG. opção está não escolhida por este consumidor; o quarto do hotel tem um mofo insuportavel;

Estadia tranquila. O hotel tem uma boa localização, facilitando a locomoção (metro na esquina). Café da manhã agradável, alimentos frescos. A única coisa ruim foi a cama do quarto, era velha (muito utilizada acredito eu) em alguns momentos foi complicado estava com ondulações e o chuveiro antigo também, essas duas coisas precisam ser trocadas ou melhoradas. No demais o hotel atendeu as minhas necessidades. Ótimo custo benefício.

Mala experiencia

Las fotos son muy buenas para lo que en verdad es la realidad, el hotel es extremadamente viejo y antiguo. La piscina es super pequeña el olor en los pasillos y habitaciones es muy feo, esta frente al metro y hay muchas personas de calle. Pagamos un precio alto por la reserva pero no valio la pena en lo absoluto.
