I usually stay at the posto 2 location but this location wasn’t bad at all a pinch more expensive than posto 2 but good stay even checked in a hour early no charge. Would stay again

The staff had a room ready for me when I arrived We cannot expect this everytime but in my room was a bottle of champagne. 2 champagne glasses. An expensive chocolate. 2 bottles of water. I really felt like a VIP. I will definitely be staying there for all my trips to Rio and Brazil

Great location for the price however the room is quite dirty with mould in shower and on bed head and build up of dust in places. No essential items in room such as iron, drinking glasses or kettle.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years. Its location is great and the staff friendly. This time, the reception and housekeeping staff were excellent as usual. I feel though the hotel is showing a little wear and tear and could do with some refurbishment. The elevators keys didn’t work, sometimes out of action. Bathrooms in the rooms are old and there are cracks in the paint or plasterwork. The rooms also have very old TVs which aren’t capable of being linked up To social media apps or phones - I would expect a Smart TV in a hotel in 2025 to be able to link up my social media and entertainment apps. It’s a great hotel though, great location and the staff super. I’ll come back.

We had mold in the room and it smelt accordingly. Mattress was heavily stained with no mattress cover only sheets. No cups in the room. Breakfast wasn’t great. All in all we didn’t enjoy our stay at his hotel. That said we did get a late check out though.

Amenities could be upgraded a bit. They offer no cup or glass in rooms nor do they have wash cloths. It was a struggle to get a wine glass. Wifi was extremely spotty needs a bigger and faster connection. It would also be greatvif at least the operator spoke a few different languages with english being one of them.

I had to check out after only staying for one night of our reservation due to health concerns. I am asthmatic and after discovering black mold growing on the wooden doorframe in the bathroom, I was left with no choice but to check out. This was not the only issue as the sheets were also stained and the duvet appeared to not be cleaned for a very long time with unpleasant stains and came in direct contact with my skin as there was no duvet cover and the sheet was placed over top of the duvet which is very odd and is not at all hygenic when these bedding items do not seem to be washed! Extremely poor customer service, no attempt by management to resolve the issues raised.

Todo estuvo aceptable. La habitación limpia y cómoda. El desayuno debe mejorar. Todos los días sirven lo mismo. Una persona de la recepción estuvo muy resistente a no entregarnos la habitación sino estábamos todos los huéspedes de la habitación lo que me pareció exagerado. No explicó bien las razones y nos hizo esperar. Ella no fue amable.
