It’s a great option if are in a business travel to attend a trade fair in Rio Center. The gym works 24hs and is also very good.

This is a great hotel. The staff was professional, courteous and very competent. The food was delicious . The view of the mountainside was majestic.

Nice hotel in Barra da Tijuca, near Olimpic Center, spacious room with fully equipped kitchen, breakfast included in rate and free parking in front of the hotel, comfortable bed and good shower.

Good experience in Rio
It was a good experience at all. The staff is very kind and gentle. I just had a few issues regarding room service. As a new covid-19 policy we now have to schedule house keeping and sometimes it was a bit delayed. But the experience was very good and I would surely come back when possible. I recommend this hotel if you want a quiet and peaceful place with a nice view to nature.

GREAT HOTEL
The hotel is located in front of Japeragua Lagoon. The room had a beautiful sight of it. The hotel in general (room, gym, pool area, hall and restaurant) were always clean. The facilities at the hotel were really good! The hotel staff was extremely kind and nice, so I would say that it had an excellent service. There are a few restaurants nearby and 2 supermarkets. Although the hotel is located far away from Copacabana, you could still go by bus and subway, which you take just in front of the hotel. The public transportation was good. Also you could visit Barra Beach, Macumba Beach, Recreio Beach, and Pepê Beach which are excellent beaches and not so far away, so you could take a taxi. Barra Shopping and Shopping Metropolitano are also near (around 5 and 3 km). In order to visit some Rio’s attraction such as Christ the Redeemer, the Sugar Loaf, Selaron steps, Sambodromo, the Metropolitan Cathedral and Maracanã, the hotel offer you this tour (through a travel agency) in one day which includes lunch. We did it and it was great! Our guide spoke Spanish, English and Portuguese and explain several details of each place we saw. There are also other tours which you could ask for at the front desk. During our stay in the hotel, Maroon 5 concert took place in Jeunesse Arena which is 1 km from the hotel. The hotel was really booked during those days and everything kept working perfectly. Summarizing I would definitely return to this hotel, and I absolutely recommend it.

Nice hotel close to beaches in Barra
I had a great time at the hotel, and at their New Year's Eve party. The only thing is they don't always replenish the toilet paper when needed. But when you call them, they are very fast.

Very Nice Hotel - Great for Rock n Rio
The hotel was very nice, especially for Brazilian standards. It was what you expect from a Residence Inn in the U.S. and probably even better since it is fairly new. We went to Rock N Rio which was in the olympic park so the location was perfect. If you were not attending an event in the olympic park area it isn't that close to anything.

Hotel and all staff were great! Location is appropriated if you are going to Rio Centro Conventions Center,, Olympic park, Rock in Rio or to have business around. Location not recommended for tourists visiting Rio.

A viagem foi incrível. O Hotel é muito bom, tranquilo, confortável, seguro... localização perfeita para quem preza por sossego. Quero destacar o café da manha; muito bom, variado, farto...sem falar da simpatia, educação e presteza dos garçons. Realmente fizeram com que nos sentissemos em casa. A recepção, como um todo, é muito atenciosa. Tivemos alguns inconvenientes na limpeza do quarto por causa do pet, mas, nada que não fosse resolvido de pronto. O bem-estar dos hóspedes, de fato, é primordial. Isso ficou muito claro. Somos gratos ao acolhimento recebido pelo Carlos, Rui, Giovane(garçons) Nilton, Richard (gerentes) e tantos outros, que tornam esse lugar uma referência. Gratos ao bombeiro que fez o curativo no pé do meu esposo, que se feriu na praia. A sensibilidade do gerente em destacar alguém para cuidar do ferimento, nos impressionou. Gentileza, empatia, cuidado, são características visíveis, dessa equipe maravilhosa, que dá vida e personalidade a essa estrutura tão linda. Meu neto amou cada espaço do hotel. Obrigada. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Logo que possível, estaremos de volta!

Zimmer: Wir erhielten zunächst ein behindertengerechtes Studio im 6. Stock, ohne eines zu benötigen. Leider war das Studio weit von unseren Vorstellungen entfernt: - Beim Verlassen des Aufzuges war ständig ein deutlich wahrnehmbarer Essengeruch präsent - Das Zimmer selbst hatten einen eigenen unangenehmen Geruch, der an abgestandene Luft erinnerte - Der Duschvorhang war schimmelig - Die Halterung der Handbrause hing lose am Dübel aus der Wand - Das Waschbecken, offenbar ebenfalls behindertengereicht, war maximal 50 cm breit und ohne jede Ablagefläche. Das Studio wurde nach Reklamation am übernächsten Tag durch ein reguläres Studio im 9. Stock ersetzt. Dieses war völlig in Ordnung und wies keinen der vorgenannten Mängel auf, dafür einen anderen: - Die Trinkgläser im Schrank der Küchenzeile waren verschmutzt. Auch nach Reklamation wurden diese nicht durch saubrere Gläser ersetzt - In einer der Nächte dran aus einem angrenzenden Zimmer der Lärm eines sehr laut eingestellten Fernsehers - Über eine Stunde nach der Reklamation wurde der Ton erst leiser gestellt. Pool: - Badetücher wurden erst auf dreimaliges Nachfragen hin bereitgestellt - Beide Badetücher waren von Löchern überseht und waren fleckig - Bei einer späteren Reklamation wurde dies nur zur Kenntnis genommen Wäscherei: - 1 von 3 Waschmaschinen war defekt und nicht nutzbar - 2 der Maschinen waren bereits fertig, waren jedoch durch nasse Wäsche anderer Gäste über eine Stunde belegt - Eine Reklamation dazu wurde abgewies
