"The hotel room was pretty clean and well organized. However, The staff from the front desk were not polite; not organized as a team. While one was on the phone, four others were on the side talking among themselves while we were waiting. I was just there once to ask for a towel with the card in hand. The staff wasnt even happy at all, like they didnt like their job."

También que tenían diferentes amenidades para disfrutar del lugar sin tener que salir de allí. El servicio del restaurante puede mejorar ya que ordenamos entradas y una pechuga a la plancha y se tardaron un montón. Pero todo lo demás súper. Lo recomiendo."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and made a great first impression. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality of the property. While the staff was polite, they weren't very helpful when assistance was needed, which made the experience feel less welcoming than it could have been. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It tasted like reheated frozen food rather than something freshly prepared. With such a nice property, I expected a much better dining experience to start the day. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel has a lot going for it thanks to its attractive grounds and comfortable accommodations. If the staff were more attentive and the breakfast quality improved, this would be an easy five-star stay."
