"We arrived for a 1 night stay. Booked a King bed with pull-out sofa bed. We were in town for a large concert. Front staff told me our room was unavailable and blamed Expedia for overbooking the property. Due to the event, we were already being price gauged and we knew it but options were scarce. After some additional talking with management, they decided they would provide us with a rollaway bed in a king size room. "We had to book a room here because of a death in the family and desperately needing a room. Had my mom not been post surgery the days we had to be here we would have slept in our cars instead. Disgusting stains all over the room from the bed to the chair to the floor and even the door. Expired and moldy food in their “continental” breakfast. We didn’t have room turn down 3 out of 4 days we were there because they said it was cancelled because they didn’t have the staff. I had to go buy towels...

"The staff were amazing and kind and very helpful! They recommended amazing food spots and helped check us in kindly. We got to the room and upon inspected it noticed it was quite dirty. The shower had dark stains and a dirty shower head. There were stains on the walls and ceiling as well as the love seat that was in the room."

"Breakfast was delicious, the only thing was the overnight staff at counter was not there some time in the early hours of sunday. There was alot of different parties (including myself) waiting for a staff member to show up. One party ended up leaving cause of the wait."

"Can’t say because we had an Expedia reservation (# 73408121461247 ) and upon check-in La Quinta sold our room to someone else (higher bidder) even though we had a reservation & confirmation number number due to a concert the next night in El Paso, Texas. One couple behind us had even prepaid their room and was told “no room available” I even pre-called several weeks prior and had the person‘s name at the desk, “did not matter” they turned us away, saying there was no room. Literally two minutes...
