"Veronika, our hostess, was amazing. Already before we arrived, she contacted us to coordinate our arrival and make sure everything would go smoothly. It was raining heavily the day we arrived, but she was waiting in the pouring rain for us. She showed us our parking spot, then had someone take our luggage down to the loft, and then she guided us there. The loft is beautiful and modern, with a jacuzzi and a sauna! "This hotel was perfect! Absolutely beautiful surroundings, places to sit on different verandas to take in the beautiful views. The shower was very nice!! We loved the outdoor spa… not too hot and not too cold…. Perfect for a very hot day! They met us at the top and took us to the parking area then escorted us down to the hotel. So nice!! This place is an absolute gem of a find! "
