"Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, alles war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das reichhaltige und sehr gute Frühstück – große Auswahl und alles frisch. Auch das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell, was den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht hat. "We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Service unter Berücksichtigung, dass aufgrund der Jahreszeit der Service leicht eingeschränkt war, worüber wir aber informiert wurden. Es ist ein sehr romantisches Hotel in einer wundervollen Umgebung und einer Zufahrt meiner Träume.
