"Terrible experience. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and we were unable to sleep due to the constant noise coming from the unit, which was extremely disruptive and frustrating. I raised the issue with the hotel management, but they informed me that the system was “working as designed” and that there was nothing they could do. They advised me to contact the booking provider if I had any concerns about the property. Additionally, there was no coffee maker available in the room...

"This is a unique hotel with really nice amenities. It’s a historic hotel which makes it even more beautiful. Only negative was the bar staff was not very welcoming and several times were no where to be found. Other than that - great hotel, great location."

"Parking is free for guest. The area is nice and quiet. Felt safe. It’s a really small hotel. Free breakfast in the morning.. same basic stuff like all the other places that offers free breakfast. "The complimentary breakfast was VERY helpful and convenient. The room and the lobby were amazing. The staff were great. The only problem I experienced was when I tried to Chromecast Netflix to the TV from my iPad. At first the Chromecast device wasn't working, and a technician kindly spent about 15 minutes getting it to work. But then it turned out that Netflix deliberately prevents their ad-supported tier from casting to that particular TV. So that's not the hotel's fault, that's Netflix being...

"Very disappointed in the food and selection of wines at the Roof Top restaurant OSA."

"The pictures show modern rooms which caught my attention. They renovated not long ago but there were areas that can be improved. The faucet was loose, refrigerator door was hard to open, and bed frame was squeaky. Besides these, I would say their service was great. They asked if we prefer upstairs or downstairs and if we prefer hard bed or soft bed. Note that it's located on a main street so it will be loud. Always the wall is not soundproof. We were able to hear people talking outside."
