"Nice little hotel, staff was friendly. Wouldn’t recommend if you were planning on visiting the old town as it’s not exactly walkable and there is 1 cab driver and he charged us 20 euro for a 5 minute drive from the train station but 25 euro for the 15 minute drive up into old town! We booked last minute so that’s on us."

"Ideale Lage mitten im Altstadtzentrum von Perugia mit Restaurants, Cafés, Alten, Gebäuden, etc. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen Ideale Parkarrangements für Sonderpreise im Parkhaus, gut zu erreichen per Rolltreppen. Frühstück war für Italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut: Auswahl mit Käse Wurst, Müsli, Brot, Kaffeespezialitäten. Gutes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen."

"One of our best stays in Italy so far! Super easy to get to from the airport, just pick up your rental car and go. We arrived after the sun had set, even in the dark it was easy to find. Absolutely lovely, just like the pictures! I will say of all the places we have been in Italy, this was the most authentic and real Italian stay. "My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the property grounds and the view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. During our stay the wifi was not good and hardly accessible, which was frustrating. The posting lists laundry facilities, which we assumed was accessible for guests to use on property, however, it was a service in which we gave our laundry to be cleaned and then ended up paying 25 euros and took over 36 hours to be returned. "We came for the pool, but unfortunately it was closed for construction, surrounded by very unattractive bright orange fencing. Neither the hotel’s website nor Expedia mentioned that the pool was closed, so we were very disappointed. However, the property is cute and rustic.
