"A wonderful small relais. I mostly appreciated the kindness of the staff that made the stay really memorable. The spa is small but lovely and I particularly enjoyed the massage with Cristiana - book it if you have a chance. The dinner was excellent and I loved the wine list with lots of local wines to choose from. Overall I highly recommend this relais for a relaxing stay in Marche."

"Strange service interaction at breakfast. Apparently I did not sit at the "designated" table for my room. There were number cards on some of the tables but I did not see at first. I can't imagine why this is even neccessary. I travel for business 3 months a year and have never seen such a system for hotel breakfast. "When we arrived for our 5-night stay, personal issues only allowed for a 3-night stay. While we clearly understood the hotel's cancellation policy, hotel personnel Nicholas indicated any penalty would be waived at check-out for which we were incredibly thankful, so we proceeded to make our alternate plans.
