"On the first night I got there the bathroom was dirty and I called the office multiple times from the room phone and no one answered then when I called from my cellphone they promised me a partial refund for the first night and didn't deliver I stayed 2 nights and when I went to the office to discuss getting my partial refund they put me on the ban list. Also there was a child screaming all night and they did nothing about it. This property was nice the first time I stayed then the second time it was horrible. They didn't decide to correct the problem only make me the issue. If you need a decent priced stay then stay there but be prepared for them to not answer he phone or try to address your issues."

"Property was basically fine. However, they charged my credit card twice for a one-night stay. That was eventually resolved. They also showed a $75 credit on my card which is still pending but quite confusing. I do not recall paying a security deposit or any payment to hold the room, so what is that all about?"
