"The property was well kept and clean. Staff was personable and professional. However, I was no able to watch the TV in my room because all premium stations were blocked. When I entered my room those stations were able to be seen. I left for dinner and when I returned, I was unable to view those stations, ie, HGTV. I called the desk and those services were restored. "Other than the dirty carpet in guest room and the malfunctioning desk chair in same room the rest of the hotel was 5 stars. The only other recommendation would be to remove the parking charge for hotel guests."

"Horrible experience. Our first room had a loud humming noise and noticeable vibration coming through the wall, making it impossible to relax. We went to the front desk and asked to switch rooms. The employee was helpful, but unfortunately the only room available had a strong musty odor. We reported the smell, and someone came up to spray an air freshener, but it only masked the odor temporarily.
