"I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was excellent, check-in process was quick and staff was extremely helpful and professional. Rooms were bigger than expected and very comfortable. We had a room with a balcony with a view overlooking the beach. Rooftop pool and bar were excellent with a great menu. Only thing I would recommend for the hotel to change would be the shower heads, felt like getting hit with needles the way the water came out. Otherwise this hotel was excellent and...

"The website showed a nice room, I must of got the worst room it was so old and not what the pictures of the website showed, the website showed a long big pool that wasnt the case. I was showed I was charged double which one is pending. Not worth the money at all. Not so friendly staff either. I was ignored at the restaurant. The meal took a very long time. Worst hotel I ever stayed. I was ripped off the cost of staying there. Not happy."
