"The room was good and supple clean, unlike the common and restaurant area which was always untidy and dirty, and it was because it had many people the staff just didn’t seem bothered. It was a bit of disappointment because we were really looking forward to our stay. The staff at reception was very friendly and professional, which is always good."

"Non smoking room was smoke smell. Outside my window broken down air conditioner units. All night drug activity and fighting. Stayed on 2nd floor with people screaming in hallway. Went to room on Sunday pretty much a swat team kicking a guy out of 3rd floor room. Room was very old worn. We switched to another hotel due to the area and the hotel clientele. We travel a lot and this was a horrible experience. Just seeing police and drug addicts outside enough for us."

"I just needed a nice, clean and quiet room for the night at just the right price. While I was in town for a Graduation, and Reunion. This is exactly what I asked for. The hotel is under major renovations so it looks Crazy but the Staff made sure it wasn't. Thanks."

"A wonderful experience. The historic house is elegant, warm, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and carefully outfitted with a mixture of stately antiques and later pieces. The breakfast was truly a surprise with an extensive variety of food and drink. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again. It could not have been better."

"The beds are very uncomfortable. There are no liners in the waste paper baskets the front desk does nothing to help you and most of all when I was checking out with my husband the front desk person asked us if we wanted breakfast since we had a a long drive. We told her now I took the luggage out to our car and return the cart within a minute and ask for a bagel and she told me it was too late breakfast is over, and I should drive over to Starbucks to get it.
