"I stayed the night there because I was going to my brother‘s funeral and the property was very clean. The only issue that I had was that they had just finished cleaning the pool and there was a lot of chlorine in there and it ended up breaking my son out and giving him a rash all over his body that we had to give him Benadryl for he had to take a hot shower and bring my wash all the chlorine off and go to sleep and then the rashes gone, but besides that the stay was fine"

"The room and facilities were standard. We were disappointed in the level of service we are used to at a Hilton location. We had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and the person that greeted us (seemed to be the restaurant or shift manager) was curt. The same person proceeded to have to be what seemed to be an argument with his staff in the middle of the restaurant floor, which was unprofessional. "Our room was very clean and had all the amenities we expected, and the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our main complaint, which is not really the fault of current management but of whoever decided to build the hotel in that location, is that it was very noisy and I slept little. The hotel is sandwiched between I95 (which runs elevated directly behind the hotel) and Christopher Columbus Blvd directly in front, with the Ben Franklin Bridge practically overhead. "The staff were super helpful and professional. The room was very spacious. However, the property is seriously no frills — a bunch of lockers for luggage storage, vending machines that didn’t work, no convenience store or coffee nearby. Unadorned cement floors in the room. Kind of dusty. People use the hotel to throw parties — it was extremely noisy overnight. Not a good place to go with kids or if you’re looking for peace and quiet, esp on a weekend. "

"Wonderful stay. The staff is warm and friendly. The decor of the lobby is casual, elegant and trendy. There is a lounge just off the lobby that was a nice retreat to escape read a book or take a business call. The rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. I had access to the “M-club” room which offered a nice array for breakfast, complimentary snacks and drinks through the day and nice evening offerings.
