"Just needed a place to sleep, booked thru expedia, they didnt have my resrvation, nor would take a new one, so had to call another place.. i assumed was an outside service as could not understand & he barely spoke english. So frustrated i stopped before checking in the other hotel i was forced to book. I walk in & its the same guy. & what do you kno, he had my reservation. Idk if was just trying to keep us away, but he created a huge problem that was not needed! & i lost my dep. Not good business, idk if i can even book thru expedia again. Huge hassle when supposed to be relaxing getaway"

"Very cute hotel. We loved the design and the location. The interaction with staff makes you feel like you are bothering them. Simple hello or welcome would be nice. "
