"The room was clean, the beds were great, the breakfast was really good. The elevators broke down not long after our check in. We were staying for 3 days. Staff informed us the maintenance person was on vacation and wouldn't be back for 5 days. One would think Holiday Inn Express would have some sort of back up plan. Most businesses would call a vendor or something in a situation like this rather than post a note on the elevator door for 5 days. Those stairs to the 4th floor got old real quick...

"The place is ok, the staff was pleasant as well. it had a very good rating, but I'm not sure I would give it that, more like a good. Bathroom wall paper peeling, AC or fan, not sure which did not work properly, which made for a bit of warm sleeping. It was just ok"

"Would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything you need. I left my shoes at the indoor pool for over 12 hours and no one messed with them. They have a very clean and nice 24 hour indoor pool and outdoor pool opened til 10pm. The hotel was very quiet and calm. They have a breakfast bar every morning. Food was great."

"The lady at check-in was very nice. This hotel is in very poor condition in my opinion. I killed two bugs in our room. The sheets felt damp and the room smelled musty. Also, the room door faces to the outside, which I hate. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. We have stayed in many hotels by Hilton and this one was an extreme disappointment. Thankfully we only stayed one night and then continued on to our destination."

"Food was not good. Went to front desk to ask question and young man was asleep at the desk. On check in they wanted a $50 deposit even tho room had been paid for. Not a fan of this policy. On check out said it could take up to a week to show as a credit on my card."

"The whole complex was clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was small in selection but very good. I would stay here again."

"The staff were all very nice, especially the young lady at the front desk when I checked in. My room appeared clean at first, but I found nasty stains and hair on the floor in one corner of the room, and there was an old container of ice cream in the freezer. I was only there for one night while on a two-day drive. It was sufficient for my needs, but I wouldn't stay more than one night."

"Breakfast was the pits, not worth your time. Staff were helpful checking in, and absent on check-out. The location was quite helpful for our travel purposes. I had better breakfast choices at a Quality Inn for less cost!"
