"if I could rank it a zero stars, I would. The sheets were dirty, the toilet paper holder and tub drain were rusted, there was no smoke alarm, no safety lock at the top of the door. The floors were filthy and the baseboards were dirty. Also, when checking in, there were two other guests in the check in area and the person checking us in said our room number loud enough that everyone heard, because she did the same of other guests and we heard their room numbers. "

"This Hampton Inn is not up to par. The bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean, tv was fine. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the shower. The mini fridge did not work. there were broken baseboards. The elevators were dirty. I would stay here again but I usually expect excellence at Hampton Inn!"
