"Worst breakfast ever! Limited options and limited amount for guests. Only ate breakfast there the first day. Booked this hotel to save $ on a meal and proximity to Sky Park. I also asked if a 1st floor room was available because my husband has a handicap. The front desk told me they were booked out but the parking lot was empty. I think you didn’t want to bother with the effort to change the accommodation. I forgot to request ADU when I booked the room."

"The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Desk clerk was helpful and pleasant. Didn’t take advantage of breakfast so can’t rate it. Parking was adequate."

"The bed was great. Check in was smooth and staff friendly. The floors needed to be cleaned, not just swept. There were hairs in the corners of the bathroom floor. My socks were dirty from walking on the floor. The toilet paper holder needs to be repaired or replaced. The refrigerator rocked when trying to open it. Seems like an easy fix. The soap in the bathroom leaked. The staff was quick to fix it, but the new one also leaked. I normally leave a cleaning tip, but didn’t leave one."

"Quaint and beautiful historic hotel! Right in downtown Placerville. We loved strolling from the hotel to all the cute shops and antique stores along the row. Hotel itself was clean, well managed with friendly staff. Shower was hot with great pressure! We loved the antique look of the rooms. Bonus: if you like ghosts and spooky stories, this hotel is great! We loved watching the Portals to Hell episode about the hotel… in the hotel! Overall, fantastic experience. "This little cabin was perfect! You can see the main house from the driveway and front door, but with the direction of the home and an umbrella, you feel like you're all by yourself in the woods. There are some pups, but they were well behaved and didn't come around often. This is a great little cabin—perfect for a 2 person get-away—with all the amenities you will need. There was a coffee maker and tea, grill on the patio, and we were able to cook breakfast and dinner each day of our stay with...

"Mokelumne Hill is an awasome little town and the Hotel Ledger is a cool place to be cause there are so many fun things(wineries, hiking, live bands and its family friendly. The pool area is a nice place to hang out. The staff is amazing and the renovation was amazing"

"There is no staff on the property so any issue is difficult to sort out, also checking in is also challenging. My greatest concern was the attitude of the owners/staff, they were quite rude with me when my room access card wouldn’t work. It happened there times and at challenging times. When I called them and waited their arrival to fix the problem they were very rude to me, when I tried to apologize they hung up on me. Very disappointed."
