"The hotel is under renovation, so it was dusty and noisy at times, but not during sleep hours. There was a bug in the bed when we first arrived, and we were told it was probably because of the recent rain. There were no other rooms available, so we had to stay in our original room, in which we did a search and didn’t find any others like it. The manager did end up taking care of us for the inconvenience, and she was very friendly and kind. However, the interaction with another front desk worker...

"It was clean and quiet. I was a bit skeptical of the price, because I have stayed in other known chain hotels with the same rating and been disappointed. I’m not hard to please, I want clean, quiet, good quiet ac/heat, working fridge, etc and it has all that. My only complaint is the thermostat has a sensor, I guess it doesn’t work when you’re not moving, so at night I would get hot and wake up sweating. Maybe the variance on the thermostat was set at like 5-6 degrees instead of 1–2-3 degrees...
