"No ice machine. It was broken. The live music was extremely loud across the property until 10:00. No coffee or water cups. Couldn’t get the room dark. "

"The staff attending breakfast was awesome. The staff cleaning rooms, I interacted with in the hallway, were very friendly. There is not a person at the front desk, there is a monitor with a dude on it welcoming guests to the hotel and doing “check in “. I had to talk to him again when my door would not open and he sent “a member of his staff” to change the battery after a new key didn’t work either. He was actively working on the door when we left. He was good. Before getting to the hotel I received 7 messages saying my reservation is confirmed. Two more after checking out. These were from the hotel itself. So just a few weird things, but comfy bed and room. "

"The room was clean, spacious. Hotel staff was courteous and check in was quick. Breakfast buffet was a plus! Food was always hot and plentiful. Great stay!!!!"

"The hotel is lovely & the rooms are nice, but the pool is way too small . There wasn’t any seating available at 3 pm. We went to an on-site resistor dinner & it took almost 11/2 hours to get our main course. The food was ok, but not worth the wait."
