"Lobby was the only decent room in that building I think. Elevator to go up was missing a button..... Room was appalling... Window was wide open. When we entered, there was an odor that hit my nostrils IMMEDIATELY once the door was opened and not in a good way. There was a HOLE IN THE WALL and looks like they tried to patch it up with tape and then painted over it??? Wild work. And to charge $120.00 for a place like that is absolutely diabolical.... Then to be given a nonchalant apology and not "able to" give us a refund is asinine. -100/10, if you're reading this and have some self respect please just go to the one in Clovis."
