"Great weekend stay. Everything was amazing, down to location of getting around in the city. The ONLY downside was the cost of parking. It’s valet only and the price was not listed anywhere. It’s $88 a night if you’re doing overnight."

"This was our fourth stay here in two years for a reason. The RS Downtown is located in the heart of downtown and the river views from the rooms is amazing! The staff has always been exceptional, the rooms (and the rest of the property) are spotless, the gym is well appointed and the lobby is a great place to sit and people watch through the large windows. We also like that the Hoyt is downstairs. We’ve dined in the restaurant and also brought food up to the room when we wanted to be less than social. :) Looking forward to our next stay!"

"Everything was really nice except the A/C unit wasn't powerful enough to cool the room. When we checked in the curtains were open and the room was extremely warm and never fully cooled. Luckily we had a travel fan that made the room bearable. All other aspects of our stay were great the staff were nice. The room was beautifully renovated. The lake view was great. We had breakfast at the gazebo restaurant and the food was delicious."

"I had a great stay at this property. The location can not be beat, the view was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The room was a little small and the bathroom was small and dated but that was a pretty insignificant issue!"
