"Pleasantly surprised by this little motel. It was really clean and looks to have been recently renovated. It's an old school motel but with some modern "retro" upgrades. The area that the hotel is in isnt the best but that wasnt a deal breaker. The internet wouldnt work for me at first but the lady at the front desk helped me get it situated."

"Loved the lobby area as well as the hot tub and pool. King sized bedroom was very spacious and accommodating. Quiet as well especially on the 7th floor. Loved the complimentary breakfast selection and the complimentary dinner with drink vouchers. Definitely enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend."

"Great place to stay. Rooms were large, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate and very friendly and helpful. Airport was quite nearby but never heard planes from inside hotel. Pool was quite small but folks were enjoying it! Would stay again!"

"Convenient location to attend Fort Jackson graduation. Hotel was ok. You get what you pay for. Rooms were a bit updated but not super clean. Had an issue with one of our rooms, refrigerator was broken and toilet was having issue flushing. Was offered a different room."

"The day before check in I was informed over the phone that the airport shuttle was available for me at 11:40pm. The shuttle only runs until 10pm. That's the whole reason I choose to stay at this hotel and I was unable to locate where they say there is limited service. So I was misinformed by staff. However, when we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The overall hotel had a bit of a smell. Though the room was large, and didn't smell itself. Breakfast was okay."

Located less than a mile from Patriots Point and directly across from the baseball field. "The young lady who checked me in was very nice and welcoming. The complaint I have is about the room. I have stayed at other Crown Plaza hotels before but none have been like this location. The metal fixtures in the bathroom were rusted badly, the vent over the shower was extremely dusty, and the shower had mold on the walls."

"The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and offered to check us in early when we asked about the shuttle service to the concert at the coliseum that evening. Bar was very convenient. We did not try the restaurant but heard great things about it from other friends in our group"
