"The property wasn’t the problem. I advise against allowing extended stays to be booked through your platform. If someone decides day of to extend their stay they just cancel reservations. So I got to the hotel at 11pm after my flight only to have to find a new hotel."

They directed me to Expedia to get the refund I’m a 70 year-old diabetic and my usual bedtime is 9 PM after 3 1/2 hours of going back-and-forth with the staff, they made alternate arrangement at 15 minutes drive with another Marriot property known...

"We were given a parking pass when we arrived. We weren’t told we’d be charged to park our car in the parking lot until we checked out and it was charged as an incidental. I feel if I’m paying for a room I shouldn’t have to pay to park there as well."
