Hotel Murah di Rivermark

"Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. Will definitely be back to stay."

"The sofa bed didn’t have sheets on the bed. The sheets I found to make it up, the bottom sheet didn’t fit. Didn’t spend much time in the room, but everything was clean and nice."

"Great"

"Very disappointing experience. My wife, our two children (ages 10 and 3), and I were driving from Los Angeles to Seattle. After nearly seven hours on the road, we stopped in San Jose for one night to rest. We arrived around 10 PM, but the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. I showed my confirmed, prepaid booking in the Expedia app, and they eventually gave us a room with an emergency key. After I had showered and put my children to bed, the front desk called and asked me to come...

"good!"

"Breakfast was nice with a big gathering and eating area. The sound of media, news, on screen was not intruding in this area.. The breakfast menu had good choices I Just wanted someone there to ask questions to regarding the food and beverage items."

"Unsanitary room and disappointing service I gave this hotel one star because of the poor cleanliness and lack of concern from the staff. There was hair in my bed that was not mine, and ants in both the bathroom and bedroom, including all over the dresser surfaces. When I reported these issues to the front desk, they simply said “sorry.” They did not offer me another room or seem concerned about addressing the problem. Guests should be able to expect a clean room and responsive service....

"Loved it! No notes"

"I left out the used towels outside of the room but never got a replacement for them. Other than that hiccup, the property was well maintained and the rooms were huge. It was a train ride to the stadium. I would definitely stay again."

"Great location, we went to a concert at Levi’s stadium and the shuttle from the hotel to train was great to get to the concert. The bar/restaurant in the hotel was also great, service and food quality exceeded our expectations."

"My wife and I lived everything about our stay, it was a great place and it had everything needed for a getaway. It was like living in a small apartment. We will definitely stay there again!!! The staff was great, room spacious and clean. I am not really complaining about this but I do not eat pork, maybe other meat choices would be great for next time, but that's just me. 5 star rating for sure!!!"
