The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door."

"The rooms were not clean. I went to three different rooms on two different floors. One of the rooms has a bug on the shower and the floor was dirty. The other two rooms smelled of smoke and the floor was dirty. We bought our own small vacuum cleaner from Walmart next door to clean the floor! The staff was exceptional! Brittany was the front desk clerk and she was most helpful, friendly and apologetic for the condition of the rooms. This hotel has so much potential! Just needs to be cleaned...

"I woke up the next morning after staying in this hotel and my back window was busted out of my car and thousands dollars of tools had been stolen. This is a horrible neighborhood, I do not recommend staying here. The owner was great and refunded our entire stay (5days), so that was good. But this is a dangerous neighborhood."

"Me & my family stayed here to visit the water park and we had the most horrible experience. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working. The room was extremely hot , we kept waking up sweating throughout the night.We contacted receptionist told her the situation & she said...

"The room was dirty and sticky bathroom counter. The hot water for the shower didn’t work and the towels felt like sand paper. I ended my stay early and it was difficult doing so having to go through Expedia and then wait for hotel manager approval. The hold is still in my card and I’m sure they’ll charge me for the entire stay when I only stayed 1 night due to how poor the experience was. Don’t do it it’s not worth saving a dollar."

"Nice hotel in the same parking lot as a coffee shop and numerous food places. The only issue is the window, there is no second curtain so you’ll have to leave it closed or people can see right thru. Breakfast was muffins and coffee"
