"Absolutely horrific experience. The staff made multiple mistakes upon check in, overcharged us twice, received no apologies and when asked for proof that they had made attempts to contact us they couldn’t provide anything and what they could provide had a room that wasn’t even mine. I will never stay here again!"

"I requested new bedding because I found a bug on each bed, one was still alive. I called twice and got clean sheets but they forgot the 1 comforter. The shampoo/conditioner dispenser was almost empty, there was no shower cap, the security latch on the door was broken. The front desk was not very helpful, no information was shared about it the resort, schedule or anything. Very disappointing stay"

"The property was great. The lobby was clean and the bar and restaurant was clean too. The service was great at check in, we enjoyed the cookies they gave us. The pool was not very clean there was trash around. I feel there should be personal picking up. The rooms were a bit out dated and had cobwebs. We still enjoyed our time. The backyard golf course was amazing."
