"One of the nights we stayed in two different rooms and the floor was sticky from a soda spill or something liquid sticky try to get the housekeeper’s help, but they did not understand. The gentleman at the front desk grabbed a mop and mop the floor for us still ended up finding several sticky spots, but the fact that he jumped right in I really appreciated it."
