"Room wasn’t ready and cleaned when I arrived. Out of my 7 day stay I only got my room cleaned twice. Even though I had the plaque hanged. I had to ask housekeeping staff several times I needed new sheets and towels, but they just brushed it off. I understand being busy but I also I think for what I paid the service should’ve been better. To add, when I handed the full dirty set of towels, I was only given small towels, not normal size and was told I’d be given my bigger towels later( never happened). I’m a very understanding guest, I didn’t throw a fit however the experience I had was not up to standard."
