"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory, but not enough vegetarian options. The location was great as the bus to Piazza Roma (the main transport hub) was just outside the hotel. Being able to buy the bus tickets from reception also made it very convenient. The hotel staff explained the route and the bus times were displayed clearly."

"Our stay was great! The place us super nice! It was blisteringly hot and humid the day we arrived, but Ugo and the staff were wonderful. We did have a problem in that in our excitement to check-in, after recording our passport information, they put it on the counter in front of us and whisked me off to show us the room - and I totally forgot to pick them up. This resulted in a near catestrophic panic-attack when I discovered (at the airport at 6am) I didn't have them with me. Fortunately...

"Posizione tranquilla, camera pulita con tutto l’essenziale. Andrebbe rinfrescata, c’erano delle crepe sul muro e il materasso andrebbe sostituito con uno che sostenga di più, era troppo molle. Impianto di AC efficace ma rumoroso. Colazione basic e bisogna indicare prima cosa si vuole trovare tra una scelta limitata. Non ho apprezzato che l’uso della piscina richiedesse il pagamento di un supplemento giornaliero. Ero già stato in questo albergo e non mi era mai capitato."
