"This is my first visit to this beautiful hotel, and I am so thrilled to have found this gem of a hotel in Desenzano del Garda. I was warmly greeted by Simone, who brought me to pick up my friend at the train station. Then, we were both greeted by Federico, whose customer service is outstanding, along with Simone, and Luis. "Es war ein zauberhaftes familiengeführtes Hotel. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, aufgeschlossen und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. Es war sauber, das Essen das Frühstück war grandios. Eine riesengroße Auswahl und Vielfalt für Mittag und Abendessen gab es auch eine Karte mit diversen schnellen Gerichten. All in All waren wir sehr, sehr zufrieden Und würden immer wiederkommen."
