"Starting with staff. They tried. We didn't see information that the suite we reserved was on 2nd floor and only accessible by stairway which made carrying two suitcases and ice chest quite difficult and my wife had knee problems and made going up and down steep stairs difficult. The major issue was electrical outlets in suite were dangerous. Upon arrival the desk clerk wanted proof that my service dog was certified, something that does not exist.
