"Shower was beyond filthy. It was full of toilet paper. Possibly a drain back up. Which happens but was not cleaned obviously. None of the outlets worked. Staff was nice and apologetic but offered no compensation. "

"The Hyatt is perfectly located! Close to food, downtown, the beach and boardwalk, Mystery Spot. My family and I were able to walk to most places or just have to take a quick drive. Having 24 hour valet was convenient for coming and going, especially as a family with littles. The heated pool and jacuzzi was an absolute hit for day and nighttime use. Breakfast every morning was a relief and one less thing to have to worry about. Room was clean and didn’t feel overcrowded with 2 adults and 2 littles. All in all, we had a great stay. Totally going to stay here again. Oh, last thing, the staff was timely, friendly, and attentive! "

"My room was licking water from the sink and all the towels were wet as soon as we got into our room. I told front desk they moved us to another room and sink was clogged for the whole night very gross . I told girl at front desk told her I wanted a discount would be nice or something. She informed me that manager would call me as soon as he got in but I got no phone call. I would not recommend the place to anyone else."
