"The room was clean and had plenty of room. Bed was comfortable. We did not eat at the property. Our big complaint was they charged $18 per day for parking. This is ridiculous because there is no public transportation and they had large areas for parking. A complete money grab by Hilton for no reason. A corporate rip off! We complained but of course they did nothing. Disappointed!!"

"The location was pretty however the hotel grounds felt run down. It had a lot of potential but was just not what I would expect. While the rooms were large and beds were comfortable, housekeeping could definitely have been better. There was trash under our bed, and hairs throughout (in the refrigerator, on the bathroom walls, etc). It also looked like upkeep was needed in the rooms. "The walls were very thin and I could clearly hear the people next door as if they were in the same room. The particular room I was in smelled very bad like bad body odor. The room was clean but the place generally looked pretty run down. I will stay elsewhere next time."

"The lobby and pool area are very nice. The pool was packed with kids, at all hours. Overall, I was disappointed. The room was small, with scuffed floors and looking a little worse for wear. The shower still had hair from the last occupant. There was no microwave and the prices at the bar and for snacks was very high. Common areas (hallways, elevator) were dirty with leaves and debris. I sincerely question the 4 star rating and why I spent so much for the experience I had."
