"The hotel has beautiful facilities, well-maintained grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly. However, the biggest disappointment was the beach. The sea is full of seaweed, and it appears that it is not being cleaned regularly. As a result, it is very difficult and unpleasant to swim. It is such a shame because the location has so much potential, but the beach condition significantly affects the overall experience. I hope the hotel takes better care of this in the future."

"Stayed at the Mayan princess 6 days with a 4 year old and my experience was better than expected. Stayed in a beautiful villa and was cleaned great everyday the AC worked great. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Not a lot of entertainment but the two days they had it the shows were a 10/10. The pool is clean and beautiful not overcrowded. The most beautiful part for me was the beach, the water and the views looked out of a magazine. The beach is not privite so there are street venders but were respectful and told no. The food did not have a ton of choices but it was very good. The A ala carta restaurants were so good a 10/10. The VIP area San Simon was nice and staff were attentive. I will definitely come back lots to do in the area and I felt safe walking around."

"I loved the hotel! Friendly staff and delicious food. I also liked that breakfast was included and the free welcome drinks! The room was always clean and so was the restaurant. There were some things that the hotel needs to improve like having a TV in the room and having 2 or more beds in the lower level cabin for disabled people. Overall, I give a 8.5 out of 10. Points. Great hotel!"
