It’s a little rustic which adds to the charm. The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The food was fantastic especially the seafood. We’ll definitely go back.

The property itself was nice and clean enough. Food was ok and plentiful at the buffet. The staff was friendly but didn’t go out of their way to make the stay really memorable. This resort caters mainly to locals and it appears that many come to this resort to relax and unwind on the weekends. The activities scheduled through the resort are more expensive than just doing yourself. When I vacay I like to go to resorts where I feel very welcomed and they appreciate my business. Overall, not what I felt here.

we had a wonderful room that was close to the beach, the pool was across from us and the restaurant was just a stroll away. we got lucky with our room being so close, would recommend the letters k or l for-sure, other rooms its a distance to walk to the beach, but wonderful just the same

The hotel is infested with cockroaches and mice, I had to kill a cockroach in the room, told the staff and the only thing they did was to spray a lot of pesticide inside the room without my consent and with all my things inside, they even expected us to sleep in that room without a 2 and 4 year old, since I complained they ended up changing our room, but their poor communication and lack of good customer service made our stay not enjoyable at all.To sum it up it was the worst experience, don’t stay there if you want a nice hotel with nice customer service go to Mayan.

It was good overall. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars because there were just a couple of things that I didn’t like, but I would still recommend this hotel to others. One issue was that the toilet was a little dirty, and I saw a baby cockroach in the room. Also, from the very first moment we arrived, most of the staff were very nice, friendly, and attentive. However, when I went to ask for an iron because there wasn’t one in the room, the lady at the front desk was not rude, but she had a poor attitude and did not provide good customer service. That said, I would not give the hotel a bad review because of one person. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The food was delicious, and we were very happy with our experience. We really enjoyed the entertainment, the atmosphere, and the location, aside from those two issues.

Es un hotel con excelente ubicación, la mejor playa en la que he estado, el personal super amable (Don Fredy en el area de restaurante muy servicial) la comida deliciosa y variada. Hay muchas actividades en el hotel de entrenamiento con el staff animados que no dejan que te aburras!! Las habitaciones super limpias, amplias y comodas. Lo super recomiendo para vivir unas merecidas vacaciones.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Our room was large with 2 queen size beds. The room was clean and well furnished. we had 2 closets and a table with 2 chairs. The room was nicely decorated and well maintained. we also had a balcony with a nice view. The only negative was that the pillows on the bed were a little to large for me, my wife liked their size. The people and the resort were wonderful. Breakfast was my favorite meal. We had sausage, eggs and bacon and anything else you could possibly want. The resort is on West Bay beach and offers terrific swimming and snorkeling.

Muy bueno todo la comida las personas muy amable y la comida super rica las habitaciones excelentes me quedé ahi por 2 noches si regresaría todo bien organizado hasta tienen la santa misa en un salón por si las personas quisieran asistir yo me la disfruté y me sentí tan bendecida de que tengan este servicio todos los sábados a las 5 pm gracias por todas sus atenciones si regresaría ahi 100%

Our room did not meet our expectations at all. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, the toilet seat was loose, and the mirror was crooked. The bathroom floor also had visible cracks, and even the door was damaged. Overall, the condition of the room felt poorly maintained and disappointing.
