La chambre était très propre, le transport vers l’hôtel du ferry et vers l’aéroport fut facile. Il y a de la très bonne langouste dans un resto juste à côté :)

Bel endroit. Très propre. Déjeuners excellents. Très bel accueil de la part de Mike à la réception et Édouard au service du restaurant le matin. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir. Proche des restaurants pour souper le soir à pieds.

La chambre était parfaite. Il ne manquait que des crochet pour faire sècher notre linge. Angel Paz le manager a été génial avec nous. Je vous le recommande. Sinon tout les employés sont très aimable et toujours prêt a nous aider.

All Staff is very helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Michael was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure my wife was comfortable when she was ill. Edward in the restaurant is outstanding and the food is great. Great place and we will be back.

La Placita a small boutique hotel with great accommodations. The rooms were very nice, modern and the location was very convenient. The accommodations were nice, clean, and cleaned well daily. No bugs. The bed was a little harder than we preferred, but a mattress topper made it just right to sleep well. Kimberly and Michael at the front desk were very attentive and warm. The hotel manager, Angel is very helpful, checked in often, and has great rapport with his staff. He went above and beyond for us, locating a specialty pharmacy in Coxen Hole that carried the medication needed and delivered it within a few hours!!! The staff made it feel safe, supported, and even pampered. (It’s a vacation, after all!) I wasn’t a fan of the musician they had on the weekends, but that may just be my personal taste (or lack thereof.) Their Le Bistrot restaurant served delicious breakfasts with both American and Central American fare. Excellent fish tacos for lunch. The main server, Edward was exceptionally friendly and became an instant friend. There are a couple of restaurants in the shopping area in front of the hotel that also have good food. The beach is a 3 minute walk, very convenient. There is also a beautiful pool next door with towels and beach lounge chairs included. We would definitely stay there again!!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The restaurants and convenience stores outside were great. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. The breakfast included was perfect. All of the staff were helpful with all of our questions or needs. The access to the pool and beach chairs at the hotel located beside was an added bonus!

Everything and everyone was perfect on our trip. You will be so happy that you picked this gem for your vacation. Great staff. Room. Amazing air conditioner. Huge rain shower bathroom. Large mini fridge. English tv channels. Guest only beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels. Shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower ( large full size!!!!!) On sight convenience store. Four great restaurant options. I was very impressed with La Placita.

The staff was very kind and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the location is excellent. It truly is a beautiful property. The sliding doors didn’t work very well, but it wasn’t a major issue. The only downside was the very loud music played by a DJ in the courtyard at night. One evening it was music, and the next night karaoke, and it could be clearly heard even from my room which was not facing the plaza. Although the music ended around 9:00 pm, this was a diving trip and I was hoping for quieter, more relaxing evenings. This may be fine for guests looking for a lively atmosphere, but it might not be ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay. The front desk mentioned this usually happens on weekends, and unfortunately both Saturday and Sunday nights were very loud. I would consider staying again, but the music gives me some hesitation.

The staff was very kind, the rooms were very clean, and the location is great. It truly is a beautiful place. However, the music outside at the placita/ courtyard was extremely loud. I could hear it clearly even from my room, which did not face the plaza but the opposite side (so I can only imagine how loud it must be for the rooms directly facing or above the plaza.) It was very upsetting because I spoke to them about it…. But it was still loud and made it impossible to relax. The hotel may be fine for teenagers or guests looking for a party atmosphere, but not if you’re seeking a peaceful, relaxing stay. The front desk mentioned this mostly happens on weekends but unfortunately, I was there during one. Both Saturday & Sunday nights were way too loud. I would not recommend this hotel if your goal is to relax and rest.
