This was my 9th trip to Roatan and Ocean One was by far the best property that I've stayed at. Great location in West Bay, modern villa, wonderful third floor hot tub, and a fantastic pool right outside your patio door.

Ocean One was a dream. Beautiful condos and very clean. Luis the property manager was very friendly and was able to get us a private driver to get us to and from the airport and also on a tour of the Island. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed with my family here for 4 days (missed one night due to missing my connecting flight) and I wish I could have stayed longer. Looks even better in person. Very modern and well furnished. Just minutes away from the beach, the bar and plenty of options to grab a bite. I was in communication with concierge long before we arrived and was able to get all my concerns and questions addressed. They also coordinated a pickup and drop off to and from the airport plus a supermarket stop. Housekeeping does come at a cost which didn’t bother me however it’s best to plan ahead to budget accordingly (as any other holiday). We did one excursion through the hotel on my last day though you can inquire ahead of time to see what’s available. FYI- cash for tips are preferred. Would definitely stay again!

The villa needs better maintannce. Only one part of the grill kit up, the jacuzzi necer lo lee in, the door lovks are not in good shape, the main door and the door to go out into the 3rd floor terrace.

The place is modern and beautiful. Units seem new with plenty of space and well equipped for cooking and grilling. The beach is very close and the benefit to use Paradise Resort ammenities pools, restaurants, and much more was something that added more value to our stay here at Ocean One. Overall a very nice place to stay and very quiet and private.

Ocean One offers the perfect mix of quiet pool side retreat and white sand, crystal clear Caribbean turquoise water beach. The condos are just a few years old. There are 10 units that circle a pool. Condos are clean, security was friendly, the property manager was transparent, available, and accommodating, house keeping and grounds / maintenance crew were hardworking. Our villa had a modern minimalist coastal vibe offering everything you'd need in a chic uncluttered way. We enjoyed quiet rooftop breakfasts, but were minutes away from beachside restaurants and snorkeling in West Bay. A manageable walk, short car ride, or even shorter water taxi easily took us from Ocean One to West End. We couldn't have been happier that we chose to stay at Ocean One, and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Christmas family vacation with no WiFi

I checked in around 3pm. It was very unclear where to go to check in.. I was then advised to go to the dive shop to check in. The front desk lady stated “oh I was about to leave for the day”. How? If my check is at 3 and it’s 3pm.. nevertheless After checking in and getting the key I was walked to my villa by maintenance. The villa was nice but the property grounds need some up keeping. The TVs and WiFi also didn’t work. I walked back and forth until 10pm to a sister property trying to get help, Because there was no real front desk receptionist for the property. They sent the cable company out to fix the issues and ended up switching me to a different villa. The other villas were vacant until day before my departure. The smell was terrible but the WiFi worked. I was beyond frustrated and drained on day one. The housekeepers were extremely sweet and accommodating. Loved the hot tub on the roof. Pool was nice and well maintained. Only other concern was water pressure in bathroom sinks. Location was 10/10.. a few steps away from the beach and restaurants.

El condominio es precioso, estaba bien aseado. Faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina ( licuadora, tostadora, molde para hacer hielo), falta de conexión a canales locales y detalles de bienvenida. Tuvimos dificultades para comunicarnos a la llegada, pero una vez resueltos el personal era amable.
