Amenities of the property are outstanding, plus being able to use the amenities of the Paradise hotel, plus a 2 min walk from the beach,plus the excelent service from the staff, makes this place the best place you can stay with family and friends

Our 2nd visit at Ocean One. Its very convinient for our family with children. The staff is very helpful and the private beach is a quick 2 minute walk. I highly recommend it

What a beautiful villa- modern, spacious, well-appointed kitchen, super comfy beds, gorgeous pool, and only a 2 minute walk down a lovely walkway to the beach. You also get access to the sister hotel for another pool, gym, and free beach chairs/ umbrellas.

This was my first time using expedia and it was amazing. Everything about the listing was accurate. I wasn't charged any extra hidden fees. The location was perfect. A 30 second walk to the beach with great food.

This was my 9th trip to Roatan and Ocean One was by far the best property that I've stayed at. Great location in West Bay, modern villa, wonderful third floor hot tub, and a fantastic pool right outside your patio door.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful Property & Perfect Location, but Best for Quiet Travelers Ocean One is a beautiful property in an excellent location — definitely 5 stars for the location. The property itself is very nice, and everything was extremely clean. The cleaning staff deserves 5 stars as well; they were responsible, friendly, and did a wonderful job keeping the place spotless. However, I would recommend this property specifically for travelers looking for a very quiet and peaceful stay. Security was very strict about noise and would come by around 7:00–8:00 PM if they heard any noise. If you are traveling for relaxation, meditation, or simply want a peaceful environment, this could be the perfect place for you. However, if you are traveling with a group of friends or family and expect to socialize in the evenings, this may not be the best fit. There were also a couple of things that could be improved. The hot tub was not working during our stay, and the kitchen could use additional utensils and supplies, especially for guests who plan to cook. Overall, the property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and in a fantastic location. With a few improvements and the understanding that this is a very quiet property, it can be a great choice for the right traveler.

Ocean One was a dream. Beautiful condos and very clean. Luis the property manager was very friendly and was able to get us a private driver to get us to and from the airport and also on a tour of the Island. Highly recommend this place.

The place is modern and beautiful. Units seem new with plenty of space and well equipped for cooking and grilling. The beach is very close and the benefit to use Paradise Resort ammenities pools, restaurants, and much more was something that added more value to our stay here at Ocean One. Overall a very nice place to stay and very quiet and private.

The villa needs better maintannce. Only one part of the grill kit up, the jacuzzi necer lo lee in, the door lovks are not in good shape, the main door and the door to go out into the 3rd floor terrace.

Luis was a good host and was responsive for most of our concerns. Although, our unit was not properly stocked with basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, and lacked a lot of kitchen supplies). Luis and his staff helped with most of the basics, but the lack of simple kitchen supplies like a measuring cups, cutting boards, and propane for the BBQ were disappointing, especially because we chose a condo unit to save money on food costs. The location of the unit was great. Right in the middle of the West End! Parking was good and secure. I'd say overall, the stay was ok, but did not meet the 10-Star rating we expected based on previous post reviews. Be aware, the island has power outages a lot due to weather. This small condo villa complex does not have back-up generators or anything to keep you living comfortably when this happens. So prepare for no hot water, no A/C, and any food items you had in the refrigerator and freezer to be lost.
