Yes the bathroom toilet kept getting clogged . The water was cold . The room smells like meldew. The paint was chipped. The shower has no soap dish .it was one of the worse resort we stayed in. Clarion Suites Roatan at Pineapple Villas
yes the staff were courteous. It was annoying that when you walked up 3 flights of stairs to get to Herbie's the restaurant door was locked and they wouldn't let you in that way. They insist that you take the elevator via the garage but I don't like elevators if I can avoid them
