We had a problem when we arrived with not having sheets, pillows, and blankets on a pull out bed gor my granddaughter and it took several hours of trying to contact a live person to get them to come to the "hotel", and fix the issue. "I was not happy at the first time but at least I was a wee happy when my room was changed to what it should be I paid for family room because I was with my two boy and my wife but you people gave gave me a double bed saying that my room was changed from the head office and also changed back to my family room I did not understand that story but is fine am ok at least but not at the beginning "
