"Great location, easy walking distance to the hop-on/hop-off tram and centre of the city. Plenty of restaurants also within walking distance, but the room had a well-equipped kitchenette if you wanted to cook in your own room. The bathroom/laundry was a good size, and conveniently has both a washing machine and dryer if you need to use them. The only downside was that there were a couple of marks on the bedsheets, but otherwise a comfortable stay."

"OK place to stay but could do much better Pros: fantastic location; comfortable size room Cons: weird collection of TV channels but missing many basics including several TVNZ & no sports channels; TV remote didn’t work (but desk person fixed after I went down); missing a few basics eg tissues; charged $20per night to park on open & insecure vacant lot adjoining the building - website was ambiguous about this charge when booking"

"Great location, friendly staff, ale house/restaurant on site which was great, we had a ranch slider that went to know where though and would’ve been good if it went out to a patio area with chairs, would be easy enough to do and would’ve really improve those rooms"

"There was a small glitch on checking in due to our room not being ready at the nominated time. An apology from the Manager was given the following morning along with a free bottle of wine. Thank you very much. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable. Bed was great and there was a washer and dryer. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking was excellent! An allocated space for each apartment and it was also undercover and secure as was entry into the building. Some nice places to eat within walking distance and there is a hop-on hop-off tram stop very near to the apartment building. Would stay again without hesitation. "

"Perfect place to stay after a late flight home. Kids and I all had our own beds and didn’t cost an arm and a leg to get a good rest before we drove home 2 hours away. "
