"Helpful staff. Beautiful beach and pool. Nice rooms which are very clean and cleaned every day. Frequent problems with hot water, but this is common in Colombia. Inconvenient if you need to use an ATM - have to take a taxi into downtown Tumaco."

"Our bedroom was very damp and so was the air, it was so humid that you could see droplets on the door and window in the morning. The ceiling was full of mould.
