The pool was not open. The website stated there was a pool but it was closed. The Ice machine most of the time has no Ice. The front desk staff was very pleasant and cheerful."

A "15" page letter has been written to "THE president of Red Roof Inns, outlining in details with over 150 pics of "the issues". "I booked a Queen room well in advance, but when I arrived, they told me they didn't have any available. Instead of upgrading me for the inconvenience, they forced me to pay an extra fee for a King room. The hotel itself is incredibly old and outdated, with zero maintenance. To make matters worse, breakfast was basically non-existent: just some juice, milk, and two boxes of donuts that looked like they were bought the day before because they were completely stale and shriveled up.
