"Our room was really gross! Dark sticky stains on side tables and other surfaces. Hair and dirt all over the carpet. Broken fire alarm beeped every 30 seconds. We went to a concert at the hotel venue and that was a ton of fun. The staff were very nice."

The strong combination of carpet freshener, cigarette smoke, and weed smoke made the room smell worse rather than better.
