"It was a clean room. We had issues with the hot water, but as soon as I’ve reported it to the front desk, they were nice enough to provide another room where we could shower in."

"Great hotel! Very convenient to Beale St. Only downside is having to pay so much for parking. Luckily we only paid one night since we didn't get a rental car until we went outside of beale st. Staff was very friendly and helpful!"

"The hotel was clean and convenient to a lot of stores and places to eat. The hotel offered free breakfast that was marginal at best. Would consider staying in the future."

"Took us 15 mins to get someone at the front desk to check in. No blow dryers, chair in room was very dirty. Not the fault of the hotel but there was baseball team kids making a ton of noise and our room was right by the elevators "
