"We had a wonderful stay at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis and would absolutely stay here again! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of Beale Street and several great restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and easy, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, and I loved the adorable bathroom amenities, especially the little duck soaps! Two complimentary bottles of water were also provided, which was a nice touch. Of course, the famous Peabody ducks were a highlight! Watching them march through the lobby was such a cute and unique experience that guests of all ages can enjoy. Another highlight was the lobby bar! The bartenders and staff were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, entertaining, incredibly patient, and made excellent drinks. We had so much fun spending time there! Our only disappointment was the Italian steakhouse on the property. We chose to dine there for convenience, but unfortunately, the food and overall experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. I would recommend exploring one of the many steakhouses off property instead. Overall, the Peabody is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, a great atmosphere, and an unbeatable location. We would happily return on our next trip to Memphis!"

"5 Stars – Exceptional Service, Comfort & Style! My stay at the Hu Hotel was absolutely wonderful! While the hotel itself has plenty to offer, it was the exceptional customer service that truly earned my 5-star rating. Special shoutout to Eboni and Joshua, who helped make my experience so memorable. Their hospitality and attention to guests did not go unnoticed! If you're considering staying here, I highly recommend splurging a little and upgrading to the Large King Suite. It's worth it! My suite featured charming retro décor, a spacious floor plan, and a wet bar that added a nice touch of luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I got some much-needed, restful sleep. In fact, I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it an extra day! Another highlight is the rooftop bar, which offers a great happy hour throughout the week. And don't overlook the delicious, hot breakfast for just $10! It was an excellent value, however the grits need a little work. Between the outstanding staff, stylish accommodations, comfortable bed, and great amenities, the Hu Hotel exceeded my expectations. Would I stay again? Absolutely! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish stay with genuine hospitality. Thank you, Eboni, Joshua, and the entire Hu Hotel team for such a wonderful experience!"
