"Good location.. near Frederick hospital."

"This stay was my second visit to this property. I will be back next time I need to stay in the area. Check in took a bit of time as there was a line in front of me but once I made it to the counter the staff was great, and they had my reservation on hand and provided me with a key in a few minutes. Room and bathroom was clean and TV, AC, and all other items worked as intended. The shower had HOT water and great pressure so that's a plus. I did not eat breakfast but it looked like typical hotel...

No maid service in four days but I did the cleaning. Breakfast not well stocked and a problem due to no employees."

The chemical fragrance of the cleaning products was overpowering. There was a roach in the shower. There was dust encrusted in the AC vents. I moved rooms in the hopes of getting a room that was less overpowering - the second room was dingier, with blankets that were so worn it looked like they came from the 70s. The carpet felt damp. "I wish I could leave 0 star. After arriving to the hotel & checking in, I went to my room only to find some type of rodent poop on the bed, burn holes from cigarettes in the blankets and AC that barely worked. I went to try and shower only to find that the water was brown and the toilet didn’t flush. Staff was not helpful with finding the elevator so I had to lug everything up the steps to my room."

"The room was not very clean and all there was brown and white stains on the curtains the breakfast you had to go into the basement to get to and there was an employee they're telling us that that was all the eggs they had in that plate for 80 people she kept saying it and saying it to everybody so it made you not want to eat the breakfast but the air conditioner was good the staff was fairly friendly I would only use this place for a ASAP stay I do not recommend it for anything else"

"The room was supposed to have a walk in shower which it showed on website but did not have one my.mom is handicapped and falls easy but they could not give us a room with walk in shower. Every time we needed clean towels we had to ask for them. No where to put your clothes only 2 small drawers We were there for a week and had to live out of our suitcase.we were very disappointed ."
