"Older hotel- old carpet smell. Disrepair. Rusty shower. Nice staff"

"Too much mold in the room in the restroom ceiling and AC. AC was on 61 and it was still not cold enough. Restroom granite walls felt slimy like they haven't been scrubbed. I went to buy my own bleach to scrub it. Restroom door did not close because it was swollen from bottom due to the water that spills out because the shower curtains are too small. There was also dead bug on the wall. It looked like someone smacked it and just left it on the wall and it hasn't been cleaned up. Pool was full of...

"Staff was friendly and helpful I did let them know ( front desk when we check out ) that air condition was leaking water, I notice that day we were checking out"

"The first room we were in had a broken window and a broken mirror. They then moved us to another room, but there was no air conditioning, mold in the showers, and flies everywhere. The elevator was scary; it got stuck for a few seconds and made a loud noise. The staff was helpful."
